MIND BODY Yoga for Health & Well-being (Aria Ungerer) In this workshop,
we will explore some of the many methods developed by the yoga tradition
to create and maximize health of body, breath and mind. The class will
include an introduction to basic asanas (postures) and flowing asana sequences
as well as basic breathing techniques including ways in which we can use
the breath to support movement. We will finish the session with a guided
relaxation and a short meditation.
