Aim of the CEHF:

CEHF qualified instructors make a positive contribution to health and well being by encouraging and motivating adults of all ages to pursue physically active lifestyles, to eat healthy food and to manage stress effectively.

Employment and Educational Opportunities:
The CEHF graduate predominantly gains employment as a group fitness instructor and /or as a gym instructor in gyms and fitness clubs, some of which are hotel based or in community settings. Many NCEF Exercise & Health Fitness Professionals are owners or operators of their own facilities.

CEHF students complete a module of work experience which often leads to employment following qualification. NCEF instructors have secured employment in the UK, Europe, Australia and in the U.S.

CEHF graduates may also wish to continue their education by completing the Diploma/B.Sc in Exercise and Health Fitness B.Sc in Exercise and Health Fitness
