Fitness Instructor

Assess fitness levels and plan safe and effective exercise programmes for individuals or groups of all abilities. Provide instruction in exercise to music, step aerobics, circuit and resistance training.

Diploma/B.Sc in Exercise and Health Fitness

Progress your fitness intructor qualification with the University of Limerick Diploma/B.Sc in Exercise and Health Fitness (NFQ Level 7/8, EQF Level 6).

Personal Trainer

Qualify to provide one to one fitness training to adults with different abilities, needs and goals in a variety of environments

Pilates & Corrective Exercise

Provide safe and effective professional instruction in  Pilates & Corrective Exercise to individuals or groups.
