GRADUATIONS 2009 IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Winter Conferring January 2009: Winter Graduations took place from the 19th to 21st January 2009

Graduands who did not Attend :
If Graduands were unable to attend the University of Limerick Student Academic Adminsitration will post the Parchment to the graudates within 6-8 weeks of graduation.

Important tips on Conferring Day Graduands to help make your day an enjoyable and memorable occasion for both you and your guest, please note the following:
Neat dress: Neat dress is essential, Jacket & Tie/Suit (Runners, jeans, T-shirts not appropriate dress).
Invitations: Carry your own invitation ticket and ensure that your guest carry their own invitation ticket
Photographers: To avoid the queues you can also get your photograph taken prior to the ceremonies
Good financial standing: You must have paid all fees and cleared all debts to the University (including outstanding Library fines). You must have returned books to the Library.
Academic Robes: Collect Academic Robes from EGO-10
Snack service: Snacks are available at the University Restaurant, Stables Club, Scholars Club, The Paddocks, Sports Bar and Plaza Cafe
Guests: Show your guests their entry point and tell them to enter before 10h30/15h00 Your entry point: You enter by Foundation Building/Concert Hall Car Park entrance (on production of your Graduand invitation ticket) and be at you assembly point by 09h45/14h15 Comply with the instructions of the staff in the Assembly Area
